"Every time we ask for more freedom, it has to be matched with taking more responsibility for that freedom."
No word is mentioned more often in the eleven simple, declarative sentences of the Farm Bureau beliefs than "freedom." Although anytime we want more freedom, it is matched with responsibility for that freedom. From 1947 to 1987, Montana Farm Bureau members were faced with difficult decisions over government planning and assistance in agriculture.
This video adaptation of the book LEGACIES, as featured on RFD-TV, shares stories of innovative leaders and the core values that shaped early Montana agricultural history. The video series was written by Laura C. Nelson and produced by Riley Slivka, AgriStudios.
